Google Affiliate Programs

Google may be sticking its toes into Affiliate Programs. They apparently are calling these CPA (Cost Per Action) ads, but what that means is that publishers get paid not for clicks but for some specific action at an advertiser's site: buying something, providing information, whatever. That's an Affiliate Program, Google is just naming it something else.

Interestingly, this comes at the same time that eBay is murmuring about its own affiliate style thingy. What they intend to do is let sites like this run ads pointing at appropriate auctions. For example, we might run ads for auctions related to computer hardware, and would get paid if someone reading here clicked through and won the auction (or purchased a Buy It Now item).

Well, heck, I though that might be interesting, so I moseyed over and tried to sign up. Turns out eBay intends to use Commission Junction as their processing arm for this. That caused me to scowl a bit: CJ has a bit of a negative connotation in my mind because of earlier experiences. I had a CJ account once but let it lapse because, well, because the programs offered were too slimy and hucksterish for my taste.

Long story short, the folks at CJ, master marketers that they are, won't let me sign up because I canned the program I originally signed up for. This is what they said, honest:
As stated in the Publisher Service Agreement, if any of our Publishers do not generate revenue for more than 6 months, we automatically deactivate them. This policy ensures that our network is efficient and beneficial to our Advertisers and Publishers. Since your account is no longer active in our network, your page will register as "expired" among the advertisers with whom you were previously affiliated. Unfortunately, deactivated accounts are not eligible for reactivation.

Isn't that brilliant? They go on to say that I can "sign up for another account using an alternate e-mail address". Oh, I see: I'm rotten meat as publisher because YOUR program wasn't any good, but I should feel free to use another email address to get back in good graces. That's like telling the guy who mugged you last night that he can do it again if he will just wear a different mask. Except I didn't mug them; they mugged me. Yeah, I know: bad analogy.

Anyway, I bet that just the use of CJ alone will turn off more than a few publishers who might otherwise have been interested. What's up with that, E-Bay? Surely you could handle your own affiliate program - why did you bring these guys into it? Especially since Google is the 800 pound gorilla likely to turn CJ into a a quivering pile of mush. What was eBay thinking?

I'm thinking the heck with eBay, and I'm looking forward to Google's CPA ads, that's what I'm thinking.

CPM and CPC advertising has been paying less and less, no doubt because of the tremendous amount of click fraud: it just makes sense for advertisers to lower their bids to compensate. But CPA is an entirely different story. For example, I run ads advertising Kerio products. I pay Google 75 cents or less per click, but I'd pay a heck of a lot more for anything that actually turned into a sale - or even a legitimate prospect. I'd love to be able to do CPA ads with Google on that. And on the other side, I'd like to run appropriate and relevant CPA ads here, too.

Well, the program isn't public yet, so we'll have to wait for details. And who knows, maybe eBay will wake up and realize CJ is a lousy partner for their venture into advertising affiliate programs.

I'm not holding my breath.

5 Google Affiliate Secrets To Help You Earn Thousands Of Dollars Monthly By Christopher Kyalo

There is no doubt that Google affiliates rank as some of the most successful affiliates anywhere on the web.

Yet few understand the reason behind this success. Even the majority of Google affiliates who are yet to start making huge five figure checks do not quite understand why the Google Adsense program has flourished so much within such a short time.

Anybody who understands the real secrets behind the phenomenal rise of Google affiliates will be in a much better position to benefit and profit from it, whether or not they are current Adsense affiliates.

1. Google Affiliates Are Riding On The Most Dramatic Shift In The Advertising Industry In History

A few webmasters think that this Adsense and pay per click affiliate mania is a passing fad. All indications are that this is not the case. If anything mounting evidence points to one of the most dramatic and rapid shifts in advertising industry history. You can’t beat the deal to advertisers where they pay only for actual traffic to their website and more so when they can easily calculate their conversion rate on that traffic and predict their profit margin on the deal. This arrangement cannot be duplicated on TV or in any other offline media with so much precision and accuracy.

This means that advertising revenue will continue to shift away from other media and will move online at an even more rapid rate than is the case currently. And not just any online mediums like banner ads for example. The revenue will specifically shift to pay per click text ads. If you need some proof just look at the Google numbers in recent months, and most of it is being generated by PPC ad revenue.

What does that mean to a blogger or webmaster? It means huge and increasing profits as the number of advertisers grows and the competition between them for clicks grows fiercer.

It means that any expert in any tiny little niche will find it increasingly easier to make a good regular income from a low traffic targeted site with higher paying, more valuable Adsense keywords.

2. Google Affiliates Recognize That Content Is Not King, It’s Everything

Writers, or rather good writers are already enjoying a huge advantage as Google affiliates. Only well written content will attract quality traffic and only interesting engrossing content will keep that traffic coming back again and again. Only high-quality keyword rich content will keep a site high in search engine rankings and thus guarantee enough traffic to keep Google affiliate adsense earnings high.

3. Top Google Affiliates Are All Using The Blog Secret

Blogs were created for linking and everybody knows that links are closely related to traffic in two ways, firstly they generate traffic but more importantly, they help a site achieve high search engine rankings with usually opens the floodgates of traffic. Top Google affiliates are using this secret to keep those big fat Google affiliate Adsense checks arriving by special courier every month.

Most top Google affiliates have dozens of blogs loaded with the right keywords and engaging content. With just a little SEO (search engine optimization) skills, these new breed of high flying online professionals are able to get their sites to the top of search engine rankings. It is then minimal maintenance as they sit back and watch the traffic volumes flow to their blogs already loaded with Adsense ads. The result of all this is that the clicks happening at their sites shoots up and with it their Google affiliate Adsense earnings.

4. Google Affiliates Are Using The Secret of The Hook

In advertising it is called the hook. Journalists call it the angle or slant of the story. Both mean the same thing. It is all about picking up a subject and asking yourself, what aspect of it most interests your audience? If you answer that question accurately then your ad or your article will attract maximum interest.

Online this is becoming more critical by the day. Content that is not slanted to fit the interests and needs of you audience will not attract enough interest and this impacts on the traffic of your blog or site and ultimately on your Google affiliate adsense earnings.

Affiliate Marketing: 7 steps to automated profits!

Do you remember when there was no remote controls, or
microwaves?

Well, many of those things really automate our lives now, in
fact many things in our lives are automated, we can say that in general we really like things to be automated because it makes our lives easier.

And the same applies to affiliate marketing, we would love it to be more automated, to make money the easy and smart
way...,right?...

Well it is possible, but just like the many automated things we
have today took time in the beginning to create, the same thing applies to automate your profits.

It is going to take some time in the beginning to get started and set up everything you need, but once the system is in place, you can begin to reap the benefits of having your own automated money making machine.

There is some basic things you are going to need to set up your automated affiliate machine, but once you have learned how to do it, you can do it over and over again for repeated profits.

Let us find out how:

1)==> The first thing you need to do is to find a good affiliate
product that supplies the needs of a certain niche.

Use the following tool to find a profitable niche:
digitalpoint.com/tools (under keywords)

After you have found a nice niche, you can go and find an
appropriate affiliate program or product that supplies the need of that specific niche, (try google, search for: "affiliate
program")

tip: Always take a look at the affiliate products sales copy and
ask your self, does it makes you want to buy?.....

You can also try to contact the owner and ask how much their
conversion is, this way you know how many visitors you need to send to that specific site to make a profit.

And one more thing, don´t settle for a commission of less then 50%.

2)==> Set up domain and hosting.

In this step you must go and find a good domain name and a place to host your site, you can find a good one at godaddy.com.

The prices are not very expensive, and if you are just starting out, it is a good place to start with.

They are very reliable and have been around for several years now, you can pay via paypal or credit card.

3)==> A Reliable Autoresponder.

In the process of making your affiliate campaigns more automated you are going to definitely need an autoresponder.

It works the same way as an automated answering machine but instead it delivers prewritten messages (written by you) under several days, you can configure it to send out messages with
intervals of just a couple of days or more.

I do not recommend you to get a free autoresponder since in every message you send out to your costumers, there is and ad included.

Does not look very professional, right?...

The best thing to do is to get a "real" and reliable
autoresponder system. You can find several ones out there, just go to google and type "autoresponders".

I personally recommend: Emailaces, Getresponse or Aweber.

4)==> A Landing Page.

If you don´t know what a landing page is, it is simply a page with a short message that stimulates the person to subscribe to your list in change of a very compelling benefit, like for example a free report.

This is very important, because if you don´t do it these people may never come back and you will have lost that client forever...

So don´t take this step lightly, it will literally jump start your sales.

5)==> The Automated System...

Now the time to combine things has come:

Inside your autoresponder account you can generate a form that you can setup on your site, so when people land on you site they can subscribe to your list and then once they are on your list
you can follow up with several prewritten messages.

You can for example create a mini course delivered through several days or presell for a specific product and then in every message slip in your affiliate recommendation.

Another beautiful thing is that when they fill out the form you can redirect them to your affiliate product site and make a sale, this works very well.

6)==> How to set everything up?

Do you have dreamweaver or some kind of html editor?

If not you can use a free one, it is a very nice and handy little tool, it is called nvu, and you can find at nvu.com

Take the form you generated inside your autoresponder account and paste into your site with your html editor.

7)==> Time to Promote.

One of the most important things of this whole system is that you must promote.

Yes! If you fail to promote or advertise your product the other steps won´t work...,

Some recommendations about where to start, I am putting them in the order I feel they will work best:

A) Google Adwords

Open an Google Adwords account and start advertising in 15 minutes, If you are unsure about how to use this resource, I recommend you checking out Brad Callen´s Free Google Adwords guidebook, it is a very good one, it´s free and you can find it
on Google.

B) Solo Ads.

Use Ezine Solo Ads to get your message out quick, make a search on google for "Solo ads", If you don´t have much money to start with go for the ezines that have few subscribers, like for example I have found offers to mail an ezine ad to 10000 people
for 25 bucks, but you can even find cheaper ads.

In most cases the other type of ezine ads does not perform as well as solo ads, so I would stick to solo ads.

C) Write Articles.

This is one of the best Free methods you can find to advertise you products!

I like it very much, I personally use it every time and always get results.

I recommend you make an article somehow useful that delivers good content that can help others, "How to" articles are always popular for example.

If you just feel you don´t like to write, hire one cheap at justarticles.com .

D) Link Exchange.

Many people exchange links to rank high in the search engines, and yes it does work, but also remember that it takes time to rank high.

I would consider that a secondary effect of linking, as I would focus on exchange links with other for the simple purpose of receiving traffic from your links on other sites.

Think about those steps and go to action!

Don´t lose more time, act now and automate your profits today, your bank account will appreciate it!

Did Google Slap You?

According to the blogs, forums and a variety of other news sources affiliate advertisers are getting slapped around by Google big time!

Google Adwords costs are skyrocketing, sponsored listing placements have hit rock bottom or are disappearing altogether.

What about you? Has your site been affected? Do you want to know the real reason why this happened? Would you like to prevent this from happening to your affiliate site, or regain your Adwords placement?

Then listen up.

Because contrary to what you might have heard, "Google's Slap" has absolutely nothing to do with squeeze pages or other sign-up forms on your landing pages. Nothing!

Then what's the problem? Relevance. It's all about your landing page's relevance people.

Technically speaking, Google changed their "Quality Score" standards. The change mostly effects marketers who point their AdWords campaigns to simple sales pages and squeeze pages (AKA lead capture pages). These marketers have lost a lot of traffic and impressions and have seen their cost per click skyrocket.

Google has made it crystal clear about its requirements that you make your pages relevant to the keyword, title and description used in your ad.

Where does it say that?

Right in Google AdWords Landing Page and Site Quality Guidelines:
https://adwords.google.com/select/siteguidelines.html

Following is an excerpt from those guidelines:

"If users don't quickly see what they clicked on your ad to find, they'll leave your site frustrated and may never return to your site or click on ads in the future. Here are some pointers for making sure that doesn't happen:

Link to the page on your site that provides the most useful and accurate information about the product or service in your ad.

Ensure that your landing page is relevant to your keywords and your ad text.

Distinguish sponsored links from the rest of your site content.

Try to provide information without requiring users to register. Or, provide a preview of what users will get by registering.

In general, build pages that provide substantial and useful information to the end-user. If your ad does link to a page consisting of mostly ads or general search results (such as a directory or catalog page), provide additional information beyond what the user may have seen in your ad or on the page prior to clicking on your ad.

You should have unique content (should not be similar or nearly identical in appearance to another site). For more information, see our affiliate guidelines."

Here's the summarized version: If all of the affiliate links are removed from your site does your site still provide relevant, informative and valuable content for visitors?

It really doesn't get any clearer than that what Google wants to see, now does it?

All Google is trying to do is get you to improve the quality of your site. Having quality content on your site like articles, reports, news, etc., will also help your AdWords listings.

In addition, content rich web sites rank well in organic search engine listings.

Through the placement of your site in the search engines, you will be able to attract more and better targeted traffic.

Content rich sites are also more likely to obtain incoming links from outside sites. Google loves incoming links. These links will also pull in targeted traffic.

Speaking of links, when you add content to your site, link directly to a content page from the landing page. My research has shown, sites with a considerable number of pages have been less effected by Google's Slap.

Also, add a "Contact" page to your site and link directly to this page from the landing page.

Finally, create a "Site Map" and link to all your content pages directly from the site map. In addition, the content page you’ve linked to from the landing page, should link to the site map.

I contacted a few affiliates I know, while doing research for this article and here's what I discovered:

The affiliates who provide relevant, valuable content on their landing pages have found their efforts are actually being rewarded during this latest Google Dance.

I also discovered, their Adwords costs are actually decreasing, while their placement in the sponsored listings are increasing, thus making their ads more visible.

In closing, if you want to avoid Google's Slap, just provide quality content throughout your site, link directly to the content from your landing page, and make your landing pages relevant to the keyword, title and description used in your ad.

Affiliate Marketing Vs. Google Adsense: Let the Battle Begin…

Lately, there has been a lot of discussion on how to make tons of money with Google Adsense. In fact, many people are making the claim that Adsense sites can earn higher revenue than an affiliate-marketing site.

So, that brings us to an important question: Which is a better online business - Affiliate-Marketing sites or Google Adsense sites?

Let's explore each one and then find out which online business is better option:

Google Adsense:

How does you like the idea of earning money without dealing with customers or answering emails? This is possible when you run a Google Adsense site. With Adsense sites, you can have a virtual passive-income that requires little maintaining. But, is this the best option for an online business?

Here are the positives of Google Adsense sites:

• they are perfect for people who run information sites that have no related affiliate product

• you can set it and leave it. With Google Adsense, you can create a content page, and there is little need to update the content.

• Adsense sites are easy to scale. Since they require little upkeep, you can easily create multiple websites that each makes a nice income.

Here are the negatives of Google Adsense sites:

• they are not a great long term solution. Instead of getting your visitors to subscribe to a mailing list, you are focusing on getting people to click on ads. Real online businesses concentrate on building assets that can use for long-term growth.

• These sites are dependent on search engines. Most Google Adsense sites make the mistake of depending on search engines for the majority of their traffic. If the SE algorithms change then your income might drop significantly.

Affiliate Marketing:

Being an affiliate marketer is great for those who want to build a theme site. With this type of business, you can easily create web pages around a topic and get people to buy products through your recommendations. If done correctly, you can easily build a loyal following that will help you make money for years to come.

But, can affiliate marketing make you more money than Google Adsense?

Here are the positives of affiliate marketing:

• A great advantage of affiliate-marketing is that you can build a long term business that will bring in a revenue stream for years.

• With affiliate-marketers you need to focus on building an email list. This list is a major asset of your business. Every time you have an offer, you can go to your list and increase your profits...

• Unlike Google Adsense sites, which only concentrates on high paying keywords, an affiliate marketing site can be centered on a topic that you have an interest in.

Here are the negatives of affiliate marketing:

• you have to learn how to write persuasively and get people to purchase the product that you are recommending. For many people this is a difficult skill to learn.

• Each affiliate marketing site requires a lot of effort. You must spend a lot of time writing product reviews, building your email list and creating web content.

So which is better; Affiliate marketing or Google Adsense?

The answer is that both are great solutions for an online business. Instead of choosing one over the other, you should create websites that can take advantage of both.

Here is how you can do this:

1) Create a content site on a topic that you are interest in, while paying a good amount per Adsense click.

2) Integrate your Adsense into the menu bars and the top of your web content.

3) Add web pages for affiliate-products and your opt-in email list. But, make sure that you leave out the Adsense blocks on these pages. This way you are ensuring that you are building your long-term assets.

4) Create optimized web page articles that focus on a specific keyword phrase. Place your Google Adsense in these blocks.

5) Provide your email list with good content and product recommendations. Once in awhile, email your list and provide a link to some of your web articles. That way, you can earn a little bit of money from your subscribers while giving them good content.

By focusing on both affiliate products and Google Adsense, you will be building both short-term and long-term profits.

Google Adsense Profits Mixed In With Affiliate Marketing

Affiliate marketing has become one of the most effective ways to advertise online. It is also one of the easiest ways for anyone with a website to make a profit online. Affiliate Marketing is an agreement between a merchant and a website owner. The website owner, or the affiliate, allows the use of their site for the promotion of the merchant's products by linking to the merchant's website. In exchange, the merchant pays a commission to the affiliate on all sales generated by the affiliate. Every time someone clicks on the link on the affiliate website and proceeds to make a purchase, the affiliate gets a commission. The merchant will pay the affiliate only when a customer clicks on the product link and makes a purchase.

Are you a webmaster who needs funds to keep your website running? Or is your website the only way for you to earn income? Whichever you are, for as long as you are a webmaster or a web publisher and you need cash, affiliate marketing may work well for you. With affiliate marketing, you may get a lot of cash pouring into your bank account easily. And if your website is rich in great contents and you want to earn more profit, why not get into the Google Adsense program as well?

Why Affiliate Marketing?

Well, simply because affiliate marketing is the easiest and probably the best way to earn profits online, unless otherwise you are a businessman and would rather sell your own products online than advertise other businessman’s products on your site. But even online retailers can benefit from affiliate marketing programs, because affiliate marketing actually works for merchants as well as it works for the affiliates.

Affiliate marketing, simply said, is a relationship or agreement made between two websites, with one site being the merchant’s website and the other being the affiliate’s site. In the relationship, the affiliate agrees to let the merchant advertise his products on the affiliate’s site. The merchant, on the other hand, would agree to pay the affiliate in whatever method they have agreed into. This would generally mean easy income for the affiliate, as he would do nothing but place the retailer’s ad on his site. This would also be very beneficial for the merchant, as getting affiliates to advertise their products would be a lot more affordable than hiring an advertising firm to promote their products.

There are a variety of methods on how the merchant would compensate the affiliate for his services, and for the webmaster, these methods simply translates to the method by which he would earn easy cash. Among the more common methods of compensation are the pay-per-click method, the pay-per-lead method, and the pay-per-sale method. The pay-per-click method is the method most preferred by affiliates, for their site’s visitor would only have to visit the advertiser’s site for them to gain money. The other two methods, on the other hand, are better preferred by merchants, as they would only have to compensate you if your visitor becomes one of their registrants or if the visitor would actually buy their products.

Getting much profit on affiliate marketing programs, however, does not depend so much on the compensation method is it does on the traffic generated by your site. A website that can attract more visitors would generally have the greater chance of profiting in affiliate marketing programs.

What about Google Adsense?

Google Adsense is actually some sort of an affiliate marketing program. In Google Adsense, Google act as the intermediary between the affiliates and the merchants. The merchant, or the advertiser, would simply sign up with Google and provide the latter with text ads pertaining to their products. These ads, which is actually a link to the advertiser’s website, would then appear on Google searches as well as on the websites owned by the affiliates, or by those webmasters who have signed up with the Google Adsense program.

While one can find a lot of similarities between Google Adsense and other affiliate marketing programs, you can also see a lot of differences. In Google Adsense, all the webmaster has to do is place a code on his website and Google takes care of the rest. The ads that Google would place on your site would generally be relevant to the content of your site. This would be advantageous both for you and for the advertiser, as the visitors of your site would more or less be actually interested with the products being advertised.

The Google Adsense program compensates the affiliate in a pay-per-click basis. The advertisers would pay Google a certain amount each time their ad on your site is clicked and Google would then forward this amount to you through checks, although only after Google have deducted their share of the amount. Google Adsense checks are usually delivered monthly. Also, the Google Adsense program provides webmasters with a tracking tool that allows you to monitor the earnings you actually get from a certain ad.

So, where do all of these lead us to?

Where else but to profits, profits and even more profits! Affiliate marketing programs and the Google Adsense program simply work, whether you are the merchant or the affiliate. For the merchant’s side, a lot of money can be saved if advertising effort is concentrated on affiliate marketing rather than on dealing with advertising firms. For the webmaster, you can easily gain a lot of profits just by doing what you do best, and that is by creating websites. And if you combine all your profits from both the Google Adsense program and other affiliate marketing programs, it would surely convert to a large amount of cash.

All the same, the best benefit of being an affiliate marketer is the opportunity to increase your income; and you can make a profit even if affiliate marketing is only a sideline business. With your own affiliate business, you can earn easily earn extra income, although you do have to exert effort and use your imagination to maximize your earning potential. Indeed, affiliate marketing is one of the simplest and most effective business opportunities on the web today.

Make Money with Google AdWords - Affiliate Marketing

In my last article I touched on a few different ways to make money online. One of the simplest ways to do this is to use Google AdWords to market products for which you are an affiliate.

One of the best affiliate programs available is ClickBank. They have hundreds of items available for affiliate marketing. They don't allow any products that aren't digital, available for immediate download. It takes only a few minutes to get signed up as an affiliate, and it costs nothing. The signup form is here.

Once you have an affiliate account with ClickBank, you need to log in, and find a product you want to market. This can be done at the ClickBank Marketplace. The products are ranked using a proprietary system designed by ClickBank. This system attempts to place the products most likely to make you money at the top of the list. It takes into consideration several factors, including previous sales trends, and conversion rates. (A conversion rate is the percentage of visitors who are referred to a site that actually purchase the product described).

Go to the marketplace, and pick a product you'd like to market. Look at the product's home page, and decide whether it's something you think people will be interested in. Look at the cost of the product, and the percentage commission you will earn for sales. Obviously the higher the commission the better, but picking a product that sells well is more important than picking a product with a high commission. Once you've found your product, click the link that says "Earn X%". This will pop up a window telling you what your affiliate link should be for this seller. Copy the link down, and save it for the time being.

Next you need to find a way to get people to click this link. As you may have guessed by now, Google's AdWords program is the easiest way to get started. The other option is to start your own web site, but this takes some time and quite a bit more effort. I'll cover some of these topics in coming articles. For now we'll focus on AdWords.

First, you'll need to sign up for an AdWords account. Go to the main AdWords site and click the button labeled "Click to begin". You'll need to tell Google a few things about your target market, and then you can create an ad. I'll go into more detail about how to create the perfect ad a bit later, but for now I'll focus on a few important things. First, make sure you read the Editorial Guidelines for AdWords. There's a link on the page where you're setting up your ad. One thing to note is that Google requires you to put the word "Affiliate" or "Aff." in your ad so people know you're an affiliate. You also can't do things like use a bunch of exclamation marks or type your ad all in caps. There's an automated review process which will catch most of these errors, and a human review process which will catch most things not caught by the automated review.

Enough of what not to do. Try to make your ad eye-catching, without violating the guidelines. Use active verbs, and make sure you use relevant keywords you think potential customers might be searching for. Google will highlight keywords in your ad when they're part of the user's search phrase.

Once you've created your ad text and gotten past the automated review, you're ready to choose keywords. Choose the keywords you think are most relevant to your product. Even if you can create an ad with a fantastic click through rating that drives hordes of people to your affiliate link, you won't make any money unless those people actually buy the product. Type in some keywords, and use the "Keyword Tool" on the right hand side of the page to get suggestions from Google. Also think about common misspellings for keywords. This can be a good way to get some cheap clicks that are still relevant.

You'll next have to determine how much you are willing to pay. The best strategy is to start out small. Spending even $10 per day can give you an idea of what might work and what might not. Once you have an ad that's working, and you've made a couple of sales, you can increase your max cost per day. Keep in mind that if you have high demand keywords, and a low maximum Cost Per Click, your ad may never get shown, or it may be shown on page 99 of the Google results. You need to find a balance between paying $5 for a single click, and not having your ad shown at all. Usually the "recommendations" made by Google are way too high, and will cause you to go broke in a hurry.

Almost done now. You'll now need to finish signing up for your account. You'll need a credit card so Google can charge you when your ads are clicked. They'll add everything up and charge you once per month or so for all of your clicks. Do be careful about spending your entire budget on the first day. You'll need a couple weeks at least to try to evaluate what works and what doesn't. Don't be afraid to start small, and work your way up slowly to making more sales.

Why Google and Other Companies Paying for Ppc?

Why google and other companies paying lot of money ,how much they are earning ? these are questions most of the people wondering about.A lot of people strive everyday to make ends meet. Working the 9-5 can be stressful and one can wish to break free from it, and be able to pursue their true goals. A way people started to do this and make money online, was by pay per click advertisements.

People jumped at the opportunity to make money online using PPC ads. If you built a website or blog, you could display pay per click advertisements on it, and if someone were to click on an ad you would be paid. Unlike affiliate marketing where the person has to make a purchase in order for you to make money online, with pay per click advertisements one simply needs to wait for someone to click on an ad and they have made money online.

Another difference between the 2 is that in affiliate marketing since it's pay is based on purchases made the commission is much larger, say a $100 product and the % of commission is 30% you just made $33 and change. When it comes to pay per click, one click can pay out anywhere from $.15(cents) - $100 depending on the niche your covering. Usually you get paid cents per click.

As far as google is concerned they are paying about 2 cents for every valid click.Apart from that people are also getting money from affiliate programs. In affiliate marketing pay is determined by purchase so the number of clicks your link gets is irrelevant if no purchase is made. With pay per click what determines pay is simply a click on the link, and about 30 seconds of navigation in the page.

You can sign up to pay per click networks and make an account with them. Once you make an account you can start making your ads. You can choose a size for the ad unit, color and some networks allow you to choose which advertiser you want to display and which ones you don't. If you have a website or blog, then pay per click advertisements can be a great way for you to make money online from. Join a pay per click network and start making money online today.

Google Adsense Vs Affiliate Programs

Google Adsense is a structured way to earn good money out of what Google makes from its advertisers on Adwords. The way it works is that advertisers pay top dollar to get their ads listed on Google. Google gets paid on every click that happens on the ad. By distributing the ads on your website and mine, they stand to gain more exposure, regain advertising funds quicker and also pay us good money!

Why you benefit?

The reason Adsense has become so popular is because it allows websites like ours to earn good money from the commissions Google receives from advertisers. By just placing a couple of ads on the site, you can earn a good commission percentage. However, there are certain drawbacks that an Adsense program has.

What it can do for your site

One good thing about Adsense is its immediate ability to boost your page ranking and popularity on search engines. That way you tend to receive a lot of traffic to your affiliate site. Also, people with affiliate programs on their site can actually look at Adsense as an alternate way of supplementing their income. Adsense lets you monitor which ads are performing and earning you most income. They do this by placing some Javascript code into your site which monitors the performance. Most of the time the traffic that comes to your site will most likely not find what they are looking for, on your site alone. That's where Adsense helps you. Even if customers don't find what they're looking for on your site, they can still visit the ads sponsored by Adsense and help provide you additional income. It basically provides you an alternate path to earn money online.

The context

In order to make your Adsense program most profitable as part of your affiliate program, you need to ensure you have contextual and relevant ads placed on your site. Else it defeats the very purpose. You want customers to click on these ads if they don't find something on your site. Hence it needs to be closely related to your website theme and your own products. Most contextual ads are characterized by lots of clicks but poor conversion rates. So make sure to test these ads out before placing them on your site. Pros and cons Both affiliate marketing and Google's Adsense have their own pitfalls and benefits. Here we explain the pros and cons of each.

Google Adsense:

Pros:

- Good for informational sites which do not have associated affiliate products to sell

- It allows you to create a content page without worrying about updating the content

- Very scalable. Adsense sites are low maintenance which make these good for the upkeep of multiple sites.

Cons:

- Not a good income generator when considering long term opportunities. It's because mailing lists are best for building customer relations. In Adsense you aren't asking for a subscription, instead just asking customers to click on ads.

- Search engine dependency. Adsense sites predominantly depend on the search engines to divert traffic. Hence if by chance an algorithm changes on a search engine, you risk losing a lot of income and traffic in the process.

Affiliate marketing:

Pros:

- More long term in nature which allows you to build on assets and customer relations

- Main focus is on creating and building email lists since they are the backbone for all promotional efforts

- Allows you to focus on a niche segment you like. This is unlike an Adsense program which tends to focus on only high paying keywords.

Cons:

- Involves the use and skill over persuasive tactics in order to coax customers to visit the site and buy products. For novices, this can be a difficult aspect.

- Every site needs plenty of effort. You need to spend time in creating product reviews, email list creation as well as web content creation - which can take up considerable time.

Balance it out

Both Adsense as well as affiliate marketing have their own advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, the best approach would be to balance the two to maximize your income potential online. You could have content on your site which you are interested in, while combining it with Adsense revenues.

6 POWERFUL VRE(Virtual Real Estate) Business Models You Can Start Building In 2006 Using Google Adsense - Part 1

VRE -- better known as "Virtual Real Estate" is literally everywhere online.

That's right. Everytime you do a search on whatever it is your searching for via the Internet you get a list of results. Within that list of results lye's thousands, if not, millions of pages of Virtual Real Estate that is making someone out there on the WWW some handsome profits.

The question is... "what have you done in order to stake your Internet "VRE" claim so you too can enjoy some of that profit as well?"

If you haven't started anything yet, that's okay because I did a little research for you and came up with these "6 POWERFUL VRE(Virtual Real Estate) Business Models You Can Start Building In 2006 Using Google Adsense" so you too can benefit like the many others out there online.

The first VRE business model I'd like to talk about are -- Article Directories.

VRE Model #1. Articles Directories.

Article Directories are in my mind are probably one of the best VRE business models on the web simply because they offer your audience and publishers Multiple Channels of information on any topic.

And the facts are, people come online for information.

So, what do Article Directories contain?

That's right... Information! ... and lots of it.

The other great benefit to Article Directories is that you don't have to write a single word if you don't want to because the whole purpose of starting your Article Directory in the first place is to get other people(we also call them authors) to submit their content for your readers and/or publishers to read and use.

Now, the Rule Of Thumb is simple when it comes to growing your Article Directory and that is... the more authors you recruit, the more your Article Directory will grow, filling it full of targeted information for your readers to digest and for publishers to use on their websites.

It gets better, so keep reading.

Did you know that the more pages you have within your Article Directory means... the more search engine food you'll have for the search engines to come and index into their database which will then be displayed within the search engines search results.

Remember in the beginning of this article when I was talking about the search engine results being full of Virtual Real Estate. This is where your Article Directories webpages(or your Virtual Real Estate) will be listed for web surfers find.

This also means that you'll receive a lot of FREE targeted search engine traffic to your Article Directory as it grows giving your authors FREE targeted traffic to their sites and keeping them happy, and at the same time, will be building your VRE nest egg on the WWW.

Are you starting to see the benefits to starting your own Article Directory on the Internet?

I hope so.

But don't go anywhere just yet, I'm not finished.

There's two more things I want to talk to you about before this part of the article series ends.

The first is RSS -- better known as "Real Simple Syndication" and what RSS does is it allows you to syndicate your Article Directories content or just content in general through an RSS feed so that any reader and/or publisher who subscribes to a particular RSS feed within your Article Directory will receive ANY new updated content that is published... INSTANTLY!

The other benefit to a RSS feed is... lets say you have 1000 publishers subscribed to one of your RSS feeds and one of your authors submits a new article at your Article Directory, all those publishers who subscribed to that RSS feed will receive it once that RSS feed updates and when someone clicks on the link within that RSS feed to read the new article, guess where the visitor is sent to?

You guessed it, your Article Directory, with your Google Adsense ads(I'll talk about that in a second) and whatever other related affiliate links you have on that webpage.

Now... for the BEST part, how-to make a $Profit$ with your Article directory.

I'm telling you, this is the easiest money you'll ever make for simply supplying your viewers and the Internet(A.K.A. The Information Super Highway) with what it needs the most, Information!

How do you do it?

Heard of Google Adsense(as I mentioned just a minute ago), because if you haven't, now you have.

What is Google Adsense?

Google Adsense is Googles affiliate program for publishers and how it works is it displays ads targeted towards the content on that particular webpage being viewed.

How do you get paid? Simple. Your reader just has to click on one of the ads within the Google Adsense ad box on that webpage and depending on what the topic is and keyword could pay some handsome commissions(usually between 35% to 50%).

And, guess what? You didn't even have to do any selling OR follow-up.

Not bad and believe me those clicks add up Fast and by having the search engines returning frequently for regular indexing and having RSS feeds(remember, when someone clicks on the RSS feed link on someone elses website they get redirected back to yours with your Google Adsense ads on it and other affiliate links) for other publishers to use on their websites you'll soon see your Google Adsense profits get Bigger and BIGGER!

Well, that's it for now. So be sure to be on the look out for my next installment of the "6 POWERFUL VRE(Virtual Real Estate) Business Models You Can Start Building In 2006 Using Google Adsense".

How Google Affiliate Will Change the World

Amazon, watch out. Earlier today, Google launched an affiliate ad network. Or, rather, it rebranded Performics, the affiliate ad network that came along with its purchase of DoubleClick, as the "Google Affiliate Network." As with other affiliate networks such as Amazon's, participating Website publishers get paid a fee for each referral that results in a sale. Existing advertisers include Bank of America, Barnes & Noble, Citi, Target, and Verizon.

Google constantly looking for ways to improve AdSense by developing and supporting features which drive the best monetization results for our publishers. Sometimes, this requires retiring existing features so they can focus our efforts on the ones that will be most effective in the long term. For this reason, they will be retiring the AdSense Referrals program during the last week of August.

Google acquired the DoubleClick Performics Affiliate operations in March 2008. Together, they're creating new opportunities for monetization, expansion, and innovation in affiliate marketing.

Performics was founded as the first full-service affiliate network in 1998 and was acquired by DoubleClick in 2004. Today Performics Affiliate operates as Google Affiliate Network and remains committed to delivering affiliate channel growth for advertisers and publishers

As part of the integration of DoubleClick, the DoubleClick Performics Affiliate Network will now operate as the Google Affiliate Network for advertisers targeting users located in the United States. Similar to the AdSense Referrals program, the Google Affiliate Network enables publishers to apply for advertiser programs and get paid based on advertiser-defined actions instead of clicks or impressions

As we can see, most of the affiliate programs like ClickBank, Comission Junctions and Linkshare still control the arena of affiliate world. But soon to be leader, Google Affiliate will replace all the system. Most of the Internet User will still trust Google rather than other affiliate program.

Google Do No Evil seems to be controlling every inch of web space

4 Quick and Easy Insider Tips To Turbo-Charge Your Google Adwords Sales

Author: Rod Beckwith and Jeff Alderson [ Website ]

Uncover little-known Google Adwords strategies you can implement moments from now to boost your response. While most advertisers continue to waste their money, you're implementing techniques savvy advertisers are using to rake-in more sales and leads!

If you want to boost your clickthrough rates and slash your advertising costs moments from now, then pay close attention. Because you're about to uncover 4 surefire techniques to dominate your Adwords' listings… practically wiping-out your competition at the same time.

Best of all, they're quick and easy to apply. Let's get started:

1. Experiment with dynamic headlines - Dynamic headlines replace your normal ad headline with what the searcher types in. So, if the searcher types, “Furniture”, this appears in the headline. And if the searcher types in a search phrase that can't fit, such as “Affordable quality furniture,” then it reverts back to your default headline. . Use it by inputting, “{KeyWord:Quality Furniture}” in the headline portion of your ad. “Quality Furniture” is your default headline. Also, note that the “K” and “W” are capitalized in “KeyWord”. This means that the first letter in each search phrased is capitalized. For instance, “Fun Furniture,” instead of “Fun furniture” (if you had “Keyword”). Dynamic headlines almost always significantly boost clickthrough rates. But, they also sometimes reduce the quality traffic you get. You should experiment with dynamic headlines. If you find that an Ad Group is producing low-quality traffic, then you would toss the dynamic headline… and add a qualifier instead. Some examples of a qualifier are to add a price to your ad, using the words “For serious customers only”, “buy now”, or to use words that call-out targeted customers to click on your ad. Also, try adding words around the dynamic headline, such as, “Unique {Keyword:Furniture}”. This works best in Ad Groups with only a few keywords.

2. Test ad positions - because the highest one isn't always the best. Keep in mind, the number 1 position usually produces the MOST traffic. However, it does not always produce the BEST quality traffic. Instead, you can continually adjust your bids (based on several days data) to target lower positions instead. Depending on your market, you may target position three or four. Remember, many bidders daily budgets cut off their campaigns near the end of the day. This means you get their top positions for a fraction of the cost!

3. How to use site selection correctly - The site selection option allows advertisers to place their ads on specific content sites. It is a completely different animal than search traffic. And varies from normal content ads. Because instead of paying per click, you're paying for impressions (or how many times your ad is seen). This can be a lifesaver for some businesses and a waste of money for others. It depends on the market. Some markets produce terrible results with search traffic. But, are great for selected sites. Why? Well, usually it's because a market is in its infancy. And your target market is NOT searching for what your have to offer. Instead, the only way they can be reached is in their communities. You must go to them. These communities might be blogs, discussion forums, or news sites. An example, might be a tool that creates video blogs. Very few people are looking to do this. But, LOT'S of normal blog publishers may easily be convinced that this is something they need to be doing. The bottom line is… if you get good results with search traffic, then you probably want to pay per click for your content advertising. The only exception is if you have a killer ad (that generates lots of clicks). Because it will be cheaper to pay for impressions.

4. Put your best performing text ad on your banner. Most advertisers either stick only with text ads. Or they use ineffective banner ads. These are costly mistakes. The smart way to do it is to find a very effective text ad. Then, put it on your banner ad. You will find that these normally out-perform your text ads. And will be your most profitable. Images may say a thousands words, but it's the right words that close more sales!

Increase Sales and Make Money Using Google's Adwords

Author: Paul Coulter

Most Internet users use Google and other search engines on a regular basis to find information, products, services and more. Most website owners will find that Google directs 2 to 3 times as much traffic to their website than Yahoo and MSN combined.

Therefore, it may be a good idea to pay Google to send focused traffic to your website. This can be accomplished by registering for Google’s advertising service – Adwords.

You may already be familiar with this service and don’t even know it. Adwords are the paid advertisements that show up on the right side of Google’s search results under "Sponsored Links.". Adwords also appear on many commercial and personal pages as a way for the website owner to make a little money from their website. These advertisements usually carry the caption, “Ads by Goooooogle” at the top. The service is termed a pay-for-click service because Google will charge you each time an Internet User clicks on your advertisement and visits your website.

Adwords is a terrific complement to any existing advertising campaign, but probably should not be used as the sole marketing channel for your website. This program allows you to control your advertising budget by giving you the ability to set the maximum price that you’re willing to pay, per click, and also a maximum allowable daily advertising budget. You choose the keywords that you would like to target, bid on the maximum per click price you’d like to pay, and Google will send focused traffic to your website. According to Google, Adwords text advertisements boast a standard click-through rate four to five times higher than traditional banner ads.

Because you are paying Google per click, you need to ensure that your traffic is highly targeted for your website. It doesn’t make sense to pay a lot of money for a lot of click-troughs and not generate any revenue for your business. It is important that you follow a few guidelines to ensure that you don’t waste your precious advertising dollars:

Choose Specific Keywords

It is smart to avoid choosing keywords that are too vague or general. To generate highly qualified prospects you have to choose very specific keywords. This way, competition for the keyword will be lower, and it will cost less per click, and you won’t be throwing money away on expensive, unqualified leads. For example, if you only sell Green Widgets, don’t bid on the term “Widgets” it is too broad and you’ll pay for clicks from people searching for “Red Widgets”

Use Geographical Targeting

It is smart to start small by limiting your advertisement’s reach to a selected area. This way you can see the effect it will have on sales without spending a lot of money. Later on, you can expand to other regions; go national, or even global. If your business only caters to the local community, then you should only advertise in your city and surrounding localities.

Use Proper Grammar and Spelling

This tip may sound like a no-brainer, but it sometimes goes neglected. Whether they want to admit it or not, a lot of people are terrible spellers and possess poor writing skills. But, a text advertisement that has misspelled words or doesn’t read clearly is not going to get clicked, and it reflects poorly upon your company. Make sure that you check your ads for both spelling and grammar errors. Have a friend, co-worker or employee proof read your ad before submitting it.

Look at the Competition

No matter what kind of product or service you are promoting, chances are, someone else is doing something similar using Adwords. Search for the terms you are likely to use in order to size-up the competition. Pay attention to their ad’s wording, titles, or incentives they use. You don’t won’t to make your ad exactly like the competition, but it’s smart to know what their doing to ensure that your advertisement is going to be effective.

Stick to Your Budget

Create a budget and stick to it. In marketing, there is a saying, “I waste half my advertising dollars, but, the problem is, I don’t know which half”. It’s difficult to know how effective the Adwords program will be if you’re also utilizing other marketing channels (as you should be). When checking out, give your customers the option to let you know how they found your website. If you find Adwords is paying off, then it may be smart to increase your budget. It also may not be very cost efficient to bid for the #1 spot for every keyword. The #2 position may be almost as effective, but cost only half as much.

If your website doesn’t sell or promote anything, then it doesn’t make sense to pay for traffic. If this is the case, Google will actually pay you to display Adwords advertisements on their websites. To find out more information regarding the Adwords program, Visit Google’s Advertising Programs.

Failing with Google Adwords Can Help You Master Internet Advertising

Author: Cliff Posey

This article shows hoe not succeeding with Google adwords internet advertising can actually get you high search engine placement It also explains some basics to understanding how you can increase your search engine placement using adwords.

If you have taken the time to research search engine placement, methods of obtaining a high search engine ranking, or Internet advertising, you have probably heard of Google Adwords. Adwords are a relatively new, but popular form of Internet Advertising. This medium displays ads based on words that are entered into search engines, such as Google. For example, if someone were searching for chocolate candy, they would most likely see ads for businesses selling something related to chocolate candy.

As you can imagine, Adwords are an effective form of Internet advertising, because they help you reach your target audience. However, much like using keywords to obtain a high search engine ranking, Google Adwords will only work if you know what your customers will be searching for.

Google Adwords uses a comprehensive matching program to match ads with keywords entered. To assist their advertisers in controlling the Internet advertising and matching process, Google provides three keyword match types: broad, phrase and exact.

The good part about a Google Adwords Internet Advertising campaign is the research that it provides. Success and failure can be easily measured. If the keywords you choose for the Adwords campaign do not perform well, then you have learned something very important—you are using the wrong keywords for your market. This will help you fine tune your marketing and search engine placement campaigns, because you will quickly learn which keywords work and which ones don’t. Google Adwords can also give you an idea of how large your market is by providing statistics on the number of times your ad was displayed and the number of times it was clicked on.

And don’t worry about throwing good Internet advertising money out the window. With Google Adwords, you only pay for ads that receive clicks. If your ad doesn’t generate many clicks, there’s no financial loss. This makes Adwords a very inexpensive method of determining which words or phrases are popular with searchers and which are not. You can then take your findings and apply them to your website and other forms of Internet advertising to achieve a higher search engine ranking. A refined knowledge of good keywords practically guarantees high search engine placement.

Can you turn Google Adwords failure into success? Absolutely. You just need to learn from your mistakes and turn those lemons into lemonade.

Using Google Adwords to generate traffic to your affiliate marketing programs

Author: John Ugoshowa

Techniques used with Google Adwords to promote affiliate programs

Highly targeted traffic is one of the most important entities in the internet universe. Any website owner or administrator recognizes the importance of driving traffic to a website. The success of any website does not rely entirely on the site itself. You may have a terrific idea for a website, offer an excellent product or service, or have an exceptionally designed site with superb content, but if you do not use the right strategies to advertise, your site would not attract the high traffic you need. Attracting targeted traffic is a task that should be taken seriously for any site to succeed or make a profit. Fortunately, there are internet-marketing tools that help the website marketer to drive traffic to his website. One of the most significant, and effective, of these tools is Google's Adwords. Adwords is one of Google's advertising services.

How does Google Adwords work? Google is the largest search engine on the web receiving over 200 million queries each day through its various services. As Google is the most popular search engine today, webmasters are keen on having their websites achieve a higher ranking in the search engine results it provides. A high ranking can mean high traffic for that website. The search engine results page is also a great venue for advertisers to promote a product or service through ads and links. Consequently, Google launched its Adwords service, as a way for businesses to advertise products and services to a targeted audience. Google Adwords can guarantee instant traffic. In this service, Google displays relevant text based ads within its search engine results page termed as "Sponsored Links". Whenever a particular keyword is searched on, these relevant links appear in a separate section giving excellent exposure to the sites listed.

How do you use Google Adwords? First, you have to open an account with the Google Adwords Service. Then, you should indicate your target language and country. This is important because you would not want your products advertised in countries where your product or service cannot be sold. Afterwards, you should now create an ad group. This involves designing the ad, selecting keywords and determining maximum cost per click that you are willing to spend and defining bid amounts. The most important step in creating a successful Adwords campaign is selecting an effective title tag that will catch the attention of your target audience. The title tag, generally a short phrase, is the most important part of your Adwords campaign so make sure that it is attractive and catchy. You should describe the website clearly and accurately. The most effective advertising conveys a clear message to the target audience. With a clear message, you will be attracting qualified leads, which can eventually convert to sale. Thus, the importance of selecting the right keywords cannot be overemphasized.

There are keyword variations you can adapt to reach more prospects. Using these varieties, misspellings and derivatives can help increase the chance of your ads being served. Broad match is targeting keywords in a loosely defined manner. Here, the ads appear based on the keywords that have been queried by other users as opposed to exact match, which calls for the keyword to match the query exactly. Meanwhile, a keyword phrase set to phrase match will only appear when the exact phrase is searched on. A negative keyword is helpful in filtering unrelated pages.

After you have decided on what title tag to use in your ad, you must now define a budget in order to maximize exposure. Google Adwords recommend a daily budget for each campaign. However, you should determine a budget that is suitable and affordable. You should also determine the maximum cost per click. Google will offer a recommended cost per click, but you do not have to stick with this. Usually, a number one position is not ideal as it can also attract unwanted traffic and useless clicks. A number two position is more preferred as it can filter useless clicks and provide traffic with a higher conversion rate.

To conclude, Google Adwords is an excellent strategy and tool in giving your site maximum exposure. Nevertheless, Google Adwords should not be your sole advertising campaign. It will definitely help you find the all-important, highly targeted traffic you need.

The End of Google's Affiliate Programs?

When Google launched their referral buttons, Darren over at Problogger.net raised a pretty interesting point. He speculated on whether Google’s link-up with Firefox marked the start of a range of affiliate products for publishers that Google were planning to roll out.

Now that the buttons have been around for a while, I have to say that I’d be pretty surprised if Google decided to try out any more.

I’m not aware of anyone making any serious money out of them. The ad units are great. The link units can do pretty well. The image ads not so much. And the referral buttons might buy someone a small coffee once a month... provided they have an audience which has never heard of Firefox.

The real problem with the referral buttons we were offered was that they just weren’t very competitive. There’s a whole range of different affiliate programs that we can sign up to online and the payment terms that Google was offering just didn’t beat what was out there -- a dollar for a download? One hundred dollars when someone you’ve signed up for AdSense breaks a century? You’ll probably do better sending people to some dating site or pushing books at Amazon.

The buttons don’t do any harm. But I don’t think anyone really expects them to do a great deal of good either.

The fact that we haven’t seen any additions to these programs suggests that Google has picked up the message that affiliate programs just aren’t their strong points. In fact, I don’t think AdSense has produced anything yet that beats the basic ad unit. That was a killer idea... and no one’s beaten it yet. We’ve had a few false starts when companies have brought out some attractive new products but the bottom line is that it’s still the good old AdSense ad unit that’s keeping those fat checks coming in.

That doesn’t mean that Google shouldn’t be looking for new ways to make us all a little richer. But they need to be original if they’re going to make it work, and do something that no one else has done.

Or they can just focus on rolling out new formats and adjusting the Smart Pricing so that my prices go up. I’d be happier if they just did that than offer more affiliate buttons.

Google is an unbelievable company. In 10 years they have gone from a startup founded on $100,000 debt to a multi-billion-dollar company and the largest search engine in the world. They have done this through many different ways, but their advertising revenue is the backbone of the company. This revenue is also another reason why Google AdSense is the top affiliate program available on the Internet today.

According to Wikipedia AdSense is an advertisement serving program run by Google. Website owners can enroll in this program to enable text, image, and more recently, video advertisements on their websites. These advertisements are administered by Google and generate revenue on either a per-click or per-impression basis.

The affiliate program is very easy to join and offers excellent tutorials on the best ways to promote it. Probably the quickest way to get approved as an affiliate for Google AdSense is to start a blogger.com blog with them. Google owns blogger.com and they make it very easy for you to add AdSense ads to your blog. Once you are approved you can place the code for various ads on your other websites and pages too.

Why I think this is a top affiliate program is that it makes it possible for the average person to begin making money with websites that otherwise might not be profitable. You do not actually have to sell anything to earn a profit. You also do not have to go out and sell the advertising as Google does that for you. You just place the script and they bring up the relevant advertisers based on the theme of each web page.

Every time a visitor clicks on one of the Google Ads that are being displayed you earn a small commission. Depending on the amount of traffic that you get this can add up to a substantial income.

As a matter of fact there are affiliates earning five and six figure incomes per month just with Google AdSense. You do not need to have any particular skill, but you do have to drive traffic to the web pages and then play the numbers from there.

There are some skills to generating traffic, but that is something you will have to learn to do with any affiliate program. Google will continue to be the top affiliate program on the Internet today as long as they maintain ease of operation and continue to pay their affiliates on a timely basis.

How A Google Affiliate Can Use Curiosity To Get More Clicks And More Dollars

Most Google affiliates do not know that curiosity is one of the strongest of human incentives. It has been used to sell countless products and services for centuries. This is the reason why you should ask yourself he question, is there enough curiosity at my Google affiliate site?

Curiosity will get you sales and it will certainly get you plenty of clicks on your Google affiliate sites. But how do you generate curiosity without making visitors to your site feel cheated? Or feel that you have not provided enough information? Actually there is nothing that can kill the popularity of a site faster than most visitors to a site getting either of these two sentiments towards a site.

Use Headlines To Generate Curiosity At Your Google Affiliate Sites

Do your Google affiliate headlines create enough curiosity? Or do they simply tell the whole story so that nobody bothers to click on them to read more? Headlines are critical to the amount of clicks that a person is able to achieve at their Google affiliate site. Firstly enough curiosity in a headline will get visitors in droves flocking at your site. Once they are there, chances of them clicking on any of your ads will heavily depend on how long they stick around. And how long they stick around will lean heavily on how much content they get to read while they are there.

Whether your Google affiliate site is a blog or website, it will have several headlines to your articles displayed on your home page. Most people are terribly busy and hurried when they are online. The truth is that there is too much to see and too little time available to see it. What this means is that visitors to your site will be extremely selective on what they end up clicking on.

The more curiosity you create in your headlines, the longer they will stay, and the more questions that will be created on their minds. The result of this will be many more clicks at your Google affiliate site.

Answer Questions Adequately but Ask Others To Generate Curiosity At Your Google Affiliate Sites

Give valuable useful information in your Google affiliate site content but make sure that in doing so, you create other questions and thus more curiosity in your readers and hunger for more information. Have you ever noticed that when you find some really valuable information on a subject, it encourages you to look for even more information? This puts visitors to a site in just the right mood to click on one or two interesting Adsense ads that they see.

Use Links To Other Sites To Generate Curiosity At Your Google Affiliate Sites

I have found that my Google affiliate sites, which have plenty of links leading to other sites, tend to achieve many more clicks, than those that are packed with only content and few or no links to other sites. It all comes down to the curiosity levels created by giving your content in the form of brief text and links rather than detailed content with no links.

Use text Links Within The Content To Generate Curiosity At Your Google Affiliate Sites

Text links buried deep inside interesting content work like a dream. The main reason is probably the fact that they do look like ads. But one of the reasons has to be the curiosity most of these text links tend to create in a reader. You can use these effective text links to get more traffic to your Google affiliate sites. More traffic to your content-packed but curiosity-filled Google affiliate sites will mean many more clicks at your Adsense ads displayed and much more cash generated for you.

5 Google Affiliate Secrets To Help You Earn Thousands Of Dollars Monthly
